Alex J Puma In case you missed the August 2017 news. Alex has moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland to pursue graduate studies in the Anthropology of Conflict at Queen's University, zee will also be working there as a CranioSacral Therapist.

Alex will be missed. While David will be working with some of Alex's clients, we are also seeking another advanced CranioSacral Therapist and are creating continuity plans for current clients. Please understand that such a therapist is somewhat the needle in a haystack, and Alchemy will be patient for the right person.Amelia is available to assist and ease this transition for all our clients. We know changes in life are a given. We, too, work to accept and embrace these as members of a healing community. Yet even after much discernment and preparation, there is bittersweet mixed in with such exciting news.

Alex's primary specialty is CranioSacral therapy; a light touch therapy that engages the natural healing ability of the body to clear imbalances resulting from stressors. In doing so, this therapy also alleviates pain and discomfort in the body.

Alex specializes in Pediatric CranioSacral and works with people of all ages. Alex has been in practice for over forteen years, and has had a great deal of advanced training. She integrates her skills in Therapeutic Massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and Body Insight into sessions as needed.
