Initially I was interested in massage because of my fascination with the human body: anatomy and physiology.
I was inspired when I experienced powerful benefits of massage after the death of my husband: a friend who was studying massage came and stayed with me for two weeks, giving me a massage every day which helped me be able to go to sleep (and may have contributed to my carrying Daryn to term).
I have always thought that one day I would like to work with those who are grieving.

Lynne's Modalities
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
![]() A therapeutic massage session is generally looking to relieve pain and restrictions. Lynne will draw on her years of experience and training to best integrate the techniques, such as deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial and trigger point, to address the client's goals for the day.
Lynne's sessions often combine Therapeutic tecniques as well as Myofascial techniqes as this is a style of work that she has found to be very successful for her clients. Her primary focus will always be to work to bring the client's body to a place of more comfort and balance, easing pain, and expanding freedom of movement. Learn more about Therapeutic Massage |
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE![]() When we experience pain, tightness, or a limited range of motion, releasing the fascia of the body can often bring significant and lasting benefits. Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy that targets both the muscles (myo) and the fascia. It uses a variety of techniques to promote pain relief, freedom of movement, postural balance and deep relaxation as restrictions are released
Myofascial Release will generally be the focus within the complete massage session, that may include other Therapeutic Massage techniques. Learn more about Myofascial Release INTEGRATIVE REFLEXOLOGY®

By applying different pressures and strokes, body systems and organs can be influenced to a place of enhanced health. With Erin, Reflexology can be added to a Restorative Massage session, or used on its own. Concerns can be addressed in a variety of ways, which gives the therapist more therapeutic tools for their toolbox.
